Prospect Point is an attached housing development located in Villa Hills, Kentucky. Prospect Point is located on a bluff overlooking the Ohio River five miles south of Cincinnati, Ohio 3 miles west of Interstate 75.
Although “condominium” in appearance it is not a condominium development in that
each homeowner owns their entire unit interior and exterior including outside walls, roofs and foundation as well as the ground on which the unit is located. A homeowners association exists which assumes the
responsibilities of service and maintenance generally
associated with condominium or community living.
There are 365 individual units in 77 separate buildings. Styles range from single floor units, two floor units and three floor units. Bedrooms from two to four. Square footages range generally from 800 feet to 2800 feet. Many units are located directly on the river bluff and have a magnificent view of the Ohio River.
The development was completed in 1976 and at that time land was not at a premium as it is today, resulting in very large common or open areas surrounding the
buildings creating a park like atmosphere from the time you enter. Community facilities include two beautiful lakes (fishing for residents), swimming pool, tennis courts and community clubhouse.
Due to involvement of residents, a superior management company and a very active Homeowners Association comprised of a nine member
Board of Directors, Prospect Point is a meticulously kept and fiscally sound living community.
Within very short distances of Prospect Point there are high quality public and private schools, major shopping malls (as well as downtown Cincinnati), beautiful private golf and country clubs and many public golf courses. The
